On the first anniversary of TLC’s untimely demise, the plaintiff (me) filed a game-changer. It established the Court's (USND) legal jurisdiction and presented a concise summary of three Ohio-based civil actions. Furthermore, it introduced a compelling Supplemental Pleading (new evidence).

As expected, the Defendants sought to dismiss the “whistleblower” complaint. However, the plaintiff (me) resisted with a compelling “Response and Plaintiff’s Motion in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.” (33 pp Docket no. 46 Case no. 1:24 CV00027 USND)

It is supplemented with a “robust” and indicting “Affidavit for Probable Cause of Death of Decedent Thaddeus Lawrence Coleman by the Defendants” (80 pp with incredible Exhibits).

Will the Honorable Judge J. Philip Calabrese decide in favor of the Defendants and grant dismissal or in favor of the Plaintiff and render a “DENIED” decision against the Defendants?

Will his Honor respond to the Affidavit and determine enough “self-authenticating” evidence warrants probable cause and issue arrest warrants for the murder of the plaintiff’s first cousin by the defendants? STAY TUNED!
