My “American Horror Story”
"Kim, People Are Dying" - (KUWTK, Season 6: August 2011)
In March of 2022, I filed a civil action in Los Angeles Superior Court against Kim Kardashian and other high-profile celebrities for cybersecurity, invasion of privacy, and copyright infringement (IP Theft), case number 22LBCV00090.
[NOTE THE TIMELINE]
Unfortunately, I filed for "Dismiss Without Prejudice" on December 12, 2022. Shortly before I saw (early December) Defendant Kanye West, aka Ye’s cryptic statement to Paparazzi: “Around Hollywood, a lot of people come up missing. To control and traumatize.”
The court officially granted my requested dismissal in March 2023.
*April 14, 2023, my first cousin Thaddeus L. Coleman, 33, B.S. in Computer Science, went “missing.”
April 15, 2023, TLC’s abandoned car was found less than a mile from his home at Forest Hill Park. (Note: It has a large pond)
April 29, 2023, his body was recovered from Lake Erie at Cleveland Metroparks Marina on East 55th Street. (Why would he walk 5-6 miles from his car to plunge and “drown” himself in the lake?)
Was this a premeditated act of revenge, retaliation, and threat for the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit?

Two objectives are to achieve justice for my first cousin, Thaddeus L. Coleman, and to resume the case in our hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.

The real American horror story (true crime/legal thriller) is not the one on TV; it's the one that’s happening in real life.
